Step 2 Report
Write up a reconditioning report for customer and then wait for approval to proceed.
Step 3 Clean Up
Thoroughly clean all components and surfaces of any dirt, oils, residues, etc.
Step 4 Refitting or Replacement
Change out only the substandard components as needed with OEM components or install substitutes and or additional components as requested by the customer.
Step 5 Lubrication
Lubricate and grease all necessary points by OEM Specs.
Step 6 Calibration
Assess the trip functions by primary injection, secondary injection or other testing procedures to see if they meet the original parameters provided by the manufacture and make any adjustments needed.
Step 7 Final Testing
Confirm that all components work within the proper OEM specs. to ensure the maximum lifespan of the product is attained.
Step 8 Documentation
Provide all necessary testing reports with warranty terms and conditions.
